These coverage provisions are filed by insurance companies for products pertaining to auto insurance, homeowners’ insurance, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice insurance, and other assorted insurance products. The Bureau approves or disapproves filings based on their compliance with insurance statutes, regulations, and bulletins and with OSI policies and procedures. June 22, 2026 Bulletins MEDICAL MALPRACTICE PREMIUM REDUCTION BULLETIN 2026-010: The New Mexico State Legislature appropriated $5 million to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) to address medical malpractice insurance costs for individual providers.
