The Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) is transitioning the Prescription Drug Price Transparency data collection system to an internally hosted platform on May 2, 2026. This change will not affect reporting requirements, user accounts, or any submissions sent prior to May 2, 2026.  During this transition, the data collection portal will not be online or operational.  OSI estimates the transition should be complete on May 8, 2026.  Once the portal is brought back online, reporters must access the data collection portal through the OSI website or directly at the new link: https://drugpricetransparency.osi.state.nm.us/.  Any stakeholders who previously bookmarked the old Consumer Checkbook link will need to update their bookmark
