Insurance companies transacting business in New Mexico are required to deposit securities with the Office of Superintendent of Insurance in order to be qualified to transact business in the state of New Mexico. Click on the links to access the specific statutory authority:

The instructions and forms for securities can be obtained from the custodial bank’s web site at Centurynetbank – nmforms. The custodial bank also has available the Form for Verification of Name and Address and W-9.
