These coverage provisions are filed by insurance companies for products pertaining to auto insurance, homeowners’ insurance, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice insurance, and other assorted insurance products. The Bureau approves or disapproves filings based on their compliance with insurance statutes, regulations, and bulletins and with OSI policies and procedures. These fees are calculated based on the active licenses and the premiums written within the state.
