The online IRO Application, copies of the IRO Application Form, the Memorandum of Understanding that selected IROs must enter into with the OSI, and the rules related to the New Mexico grievance procedures can all be found on our website in the section Grievance Procedure Rules. We strongly encourage interested IROs to review the applicable documents and apply to be part of this important program. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. June 22, 2026 Bulletins MEDICAL MALPRACTICE PREMIUM REDUCTION BULLETIN 2026-010: The New Mexico State Legislature appropriated $5 million to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) to address medical malpractice insurance costs for individual providers. The appropriation was part of a supplemental appropriation package passed in 2025.
