The online IRO Application, copies of the IRO Application Form, the Memorandum of Understanding that selected IROs must enter into with the OSI, and the rules related to the New Mexico grievance procedures can all be found on our website in the section Grievance Procedure Rules. We strongly encourage interested IROs to review the applicable documents and apply to be part of this important program. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
