October 1, 2024 Bulletins THIS BULLETIN SUPERCEDES ALL PRIOR ADJUSTER LICENSING GUIDANCE BULLETIN 2024-019 New Mexico will continue to collaborate with the NAIC and interested parties in the evolving adjuster community. Changes to the New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC) 13.4.8 take effect April 1, 2025, and OSI understands the time allocated for meeting compliance is unlikely, therefore this requirement will begin to be enforced upon renewal licenses with an expiration date of April 2026 and ongoing.THIS BULLETIN SUPERCEDES ALL PRIOR ADJUSTER LICENSING GUIDANCE
June 26, 2026 Bulletins MEDICAL MALPRACTICE PREMIUM REDUCTION AMENDED BULLETIN 2026-010: The New Mexico State Legislature appropriated $5 million to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) to address medical malpractice insurance costs for individual providers.
