Changes to the New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC) 13.4.8 take effect April 1, 2025, and OSI understands the time allocated for meeting compliance is unlikely, therefore this requirement will begin to be enforced upon renewal licenses with an expiration date of April 2026 and ongoing.
