October 29, 2024 Bulletins RECISSION OF BULLETIN 2019-015 AND REPLACEMENT BULLETIN FOR NOTICES REGARDING UNFAVORABLE CHANGES TO PUBLIC PROTECTION BULLETIN 2024-022 This Bulletin shall expire two years after the date it is issued by the Office of Superintendent of Insurance (the OSI) unless otherwise earlier rescinded, revoked or extended.This Bulletin rescinds and replaces Bulletin 2019-015 that provided implementation guidance based on the statutory text contained in the 2019 New Mexico State Legislature’s House Bill 311. House Bill 311 was codified in NMSA 1978, §59A-18-33 of the Insurance Code with an effective date of January 1, 2020. The law contemplates cooperation between rating/advisory organizations, Insurers, and the OSI.
