June 7, 2023 Bulletins EXTENSION OF INTERVALS FOR HEARINGS ON PREMIUM RATES AND OTHER TITLE INSURANCE MATTERS BULLETIN 2023-015 THIS BULLETIN is issued pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 59A-2-8 and 13.1.2 NMAC.This Bulletin is issued to inform all interested persons that the New Mexico Title Insurance Law has been amended to extend the interval between hearings for premium rates and other title insurance matters to every three years. See, Section 59A-30-8, NMSA 1978 (amended in 2023by House Bill 79).
