October 15, 2025 Announcements 2026 Appointment Renewal Notice NOTICE-2025-10-15 The New Mexico Office of the Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) will process all company appointmentselectronically through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR). The appointment renewal invoice will include all resident/nonresident appointment renewals. June 26, 2026 Bulletins MEDICAL MALPRACTICE PREMIUM REDUCTION AMENDED BULLETIN 2026-010: The New Mexico State Legislature appropriated $5 million to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) to address medical malpractice insurance costs for individual providers.
