Pursuant to the Superintendent’s authority under NMSA 1978, § 59A-4-3, which authorizes the OSI to “direct an inquiry to any person subject to supervision under the Insurance Code,” the OSI is requesting that all insurers offering long term care insurance policies in New Mexico to provide the information contained in this link, via SERFF.

Filings should be submitted as “Informational” under the appropriate TOI and Sub-TOI as either “LTC03G Group Long Term Care” or “LTC03I Individual Long Term Care.” The Project Name filed should state “2024 LTC Data Call” and the Requested Filing Mode should be marked as “Informational.”

Please be advised that this inquiry, and all responses, are deemed confidential in accordance with NMSA 1978, § 59A-2-12(B).

Accordingly, every insurer offering long term care insurance policies in New Mexico shall respond to this data call no later than May 9, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Any questions should be directed to Viara Ianakieva at Viara.Ianakieva@osi.nm.gov.
