July 14, 2023 Bulletins SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT DATA CALL BULLETIN 2023-019 Section 59A-4-3 N.M.S.A 1978 authorizes the New Mexico Office of the Superintendent to issue inquiries to regulated entities, including fully-insured health insurance companies.
