July 7, 2025 Bulletins NMPIP RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LIMITS BULLETIN 2025-004 The Superintendent of Insurance (Superintendent) provisionally approved residential property limits as follows on March 8, 2025, that expired on June 20, 2025: The maximum limit of liability per fire division which may be insured under the Plan shall be: ProtectedUnprotected Protection Class 1-7Protection Class 8-10One, two, three and four family dwellings$750,000$500,000 If an Executive Emergency Order declaring a Catastrophe is issued by the Governor, the maximum limit of liability by zip code which may be insured under the Plan shall be: ProtectedUnprotected Protection Class 1-7Protection Class 8-10One, two, three and four family dwellings$750,000$500,000 After conferring with the Governing Committee, the Superintendent approves the above described limits as of this date which shall remain in effect for the NMPIP unless otherwise amended by the Governing Committee, and approved by the Superintendent pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 59A-29-5.
